Hi Everyone, just wanted to let you all know what I did today, well I went to visit Debbie Umphress, we sure did have a good visit, just didn't last long enough, dh wasn't feeling well today, but plan on visiting again really soon. I don't want to make anyone feel unhappy by not being able to visit Debbie yourselves, I know that you would love every minute of it, she is such a sweet person, I know that we will be friends for a really long time. I will think about all of you when we get together again, and wish that you all were there with us. Take care all of you and have a great Sunday.

Sure wish my daughter was into quilting, she lives near you in Cleburne. Don't tell her but I'm making her a "Grandma's quilt" for her grandkids to fight over when they visit. It has ice cream cones all over it and a warm, soft backing. Winter is coming and the kids can cuddle up under it and listen to Grandma and Grandpa talk to the other grownups.

It is always to nice to visit people from the board.My friend NWM50 came from Jax. to visit me one day and we have been really great friends ever since.We even met up with each other at the Quilt show in Jax.We have kept in touch with each other ever since our first meeting.It has been a real blessing having her as a friend.

Wonderful! Glad you got to spend time with Debbie!! I have gotten to meet a few people from the board and it is so much fun!! You don't want the time to end but it must!

Hi Romana, when you come next time to see your daughter in Cleburne, make sure you let us know and we can get together while you are here, wouldn't that be fun? I always love to meet new people, I just love this board, I don't get to get out to much these days because dh isn't in to go of health, so have to stay close by, and talking to all of you all here helps me make it through the days that I don't see anyone, thanks to all of you for being such sweet ladies and guys to, and thanks for all the help that everyone is so quick to send. have a great evening.

I'm so happy for you that you got to meet Debbie. She sounds so nice on here that I'm sure it was good to see her in person. I'm jealous, but I'm also glad it was you that got to do this. It's so much fun to get to meet other people on this board. I've had the pleasure of meeting three so far.

Yes I know its always good to meet new friends, I know that Debbie and I will be close friends from now on. She is such a sweet person and so willing to help everybody, I just love the time I get to spend with her and I am looking forward to the next visit.

Hi Rhonda, we will surely try and post some pictures of our next get together, which I hope will be soon. I am going to help her get all her fabric put back in place as soon as she is ready to start working on it, I just wish that you all could have the pleasure of meeting Debbie, I am sure that a lot of you all will get to meet her at the Houston Quilt show, I am not going to be able to go this year, I was really looking forward to going but I have company coming from Lousaina that week and I couldn't tell her not to come, she has been trying to come for a visit all summer and couldn't for some reason. So I am hoping that if I am still kicking next year I can go to it, I have never been. So the ones of you who get to meet Debbie, have a lot of fun and I am so sorry that I wan't get to meet you all this year, but we can keep in touch on the board.
