I have a wheeled, armed office chair with mesh back and seat. I LOVE it, it's very comfortable. The arms are shorter so they don't get in the way. I have to have arms on a chair - I have to grab the arm and hold the chair in place when I sit down.

In my new sew room I have 5 chairs one is great for my back one sets better than the others and two I can raise up or down. The 5th one is one I would like to throw away but it was dh mom's :-( I use the one that I need that day. I never know how I am going to feel. :XD:

My husband got a big leather office cahir, you know the kind with arms, reclines, spins, etc?... it's not ver comfortable for sewing.. he's so proud of it, I can't bring myself to tell him I'd rather have somethng smaller, no arms. It's great for when the 2 grand boys are here, they both fit in it & I twirl them around until one almost falls off! It's a kick!

I have a wonderful Hon chair with no arms, however it is on rollers (which I love) and I use a floor mat with it. I can roll from my sewing machine to my serger, turn around and get up, etc. A YouTube info commercial with Alex Anderson found here:
