ANOTHER BAD EXAMPLE- MADE MANY QUILTS FOR PREEMIES THEN FOUND THAT THE GROUP I GAVE THEM TO WAS TAKING SOME FOR PERSONAL USE. (OH, MY KITTY WOULD LOVE THAT QUILT!.) I MAKE QUILTS FOR BABIES, NOT FOR CATS!

Also, I often do quilts that use very large blocks with HSTs. I base the size of any particular subunit on 1/4 of the usable width of the narrowest fabric I am using.
