Wow. I really wasn't expecting this to get 171 replies, but that's awesome!

After some thought, I think I will quilt for teenagers. From what you've guys have told me a lot of people quilt for soldiers, veterns, and little kids, but not a whole lot for teenagers. And I realized I have quilt designs that I never made for anyone. Designs like:

    "Ninja Star"

    "Tsunami"

    "Harley Quinn"

    "Basket Chain"

So I figure why not make them for the "older kids".

I find that the teenagers are left out too so I am inclined to make them, one of my favourite quicky ones are to scour the Charity shops, I know quite a few ladies who work in them and they give me the heads up, and I buy all the football themed duvets.

I then split them in two, layer with batting and a fun backing and quilt, the boys love them. It works the same for girls with the right duvets.

Your quilts are awesome...teenagers will love them. Thank-you for doing an excellent job donating your quilts to the older kids. Please post pics when completed...can't wait to see them.

Good designs. Those are right for your "target". Yes, I am sure teens get less than ano\yone else.
