It says on the blog that the quilt is inspired on antique quilt made in Massachusets. May be she designed it herself?
Some 'googling' showed that she is librarian manager in a Massachusets museum.
May be the best way is to ask her.

Thank you all, the links are very helpful and right now I am making a quilt with triangles, diamonds, and 1/2 hexagons so I took the diamonds (60 degree) and started laying them out and low and behold I got it! I think you are right EQ7 will not do it but I made one close enough to get the fabric measurements.

It is very similar to Urban Elements Corrugated Quilt pattern...which I have done...doesn't have the black sashing between blocks...but could be added..

Cool THANK YOU ALL - Designed it EQ7

Well I did manage to do the design in EQ7 minus the black sashing but that should not be a problem. Thank you all for your help!

I don't know the name, but I would put it together as a strip quilt. Put a narrow black strip between each diamond. Since it will have bias edges I would probably make the strips on a background such as cheap cotton (washed of course) or paper to prevent stretching.

To me it looks like a 60 degree diamond.

You could also use the iron on bias tape for the black lines, like they do in the stained glass quilts.
