Jenny had this on yesterday called it a perriwinkle quilt and used the wacky web ruler.......there is a tutorial on this on youtube

It is called Periwinkle, and she just put out a tutorial on how to make it, because of all the requests for the pattern. If you go to the MSQC site, you could probably access the info you need.
