hmm. I don't know if I can do this . .. I pulled out some fabric, to tinker. Realized that creating the strip set isn't going to be the challenge, so I cut some individual diamonds. Thought I would try to figure out how to merge the two-colored ones, to create that curved line. Realized that I have to know the right curve, before I can sew it. Each diamond is going to be slightly different. Then I thought that maybe I should paper piece it. Without the diamond grid, the green and brown inside those rims could be done in bigger chunks.
