Happy National Quilting Day to everyone!! I spent yesterday with a quilting friend... she pieced and I cut, and I cut, and I cut... on my years-long collection of denim.... And I'm still cutting this morning! I'm about 5 jeans away from being finished cutting for awhile. Of course, both sisters now have denim collections they want to send me (and I'm pretty certain they'll both want something made with the denim... no complaints here! I guess I'll HAVE to quilt!!) :lol:

I am up to the final borders on the Smokey River quilt using Northcott Stonehedge fabrics. It has challenged me but that is always a good thing...if we do not stretch, we stay the same.
