Default What is this Stitch Pattern called?

What is the stitch pattern on the right? I've heard it called "3's and E's" but I can't find any templates by that name. Is there another name for it?

    Thanks!!!

    Some also call it 'stippling'.

The left side one looks like feathering not sure about right side but no a conventional stipple.

Last week I jointed National Quilters Circle and received free dvd titled "Designing & Creating Outstanding Quilts" wherein Sherri Driver demonstrated this stitch - it was created by Rebecca Sigoro? the video kept quietening down so hard to hear some information; I think she said Rebecca has a site named Just Quilts but I haven't checked it out yet.

I don't know the name of it (or most quilting patterns) but it looks nice, and if you did that work you don't need a template. Nice job!
