    My guess is that it is a wine glass coaster that did not come out as the original person sewing it intended. I would put a wine glass in the center see if that is what it is.

    Wine glass coaster is my thought, also, once I saw the picture of it laying flat.

    Looks like someone made a fabric Cootie Catcher. You made them out of paper years ago to tell fortunes.

    Default To me it looks like a childhood game made from fabric rather than paper.

    When I was a child we had a paper game that liiked like that. fingers were put under the triangles and your partner would call out a number 1-4 and then the fingers were moved back and forth to that number. this wa repeated 3 times, flip the inside courner out and a message was displayed. a silly fun pass time for kids great memmories
