Oh gosh. I honestly don't know where OR if I fit on that list. I machine sew my blocks, I don't use batting. I use either fleece, or Pre quilted fabric for the backs, and I tie my quilts. :?

    Yes.
I enjoy too many different things to stick with just one or a few categories. :)
At heart I am a Traditional quilter. Love the history of quilting, the stories behind block names and so on.
But I also love modern fabrics and colors. Combining the two with modern techniques. Or using modern fabrics and such with traditional technques. Combining all of it into one quilt.
I am also, as someone else mentioned, a teacher quilter. Whatever I am doing I think about how to explain it to others. How could it be made more easily and all that.
Anything to do with fabric/fiber/needle/thread is fun and a part of me.

I belong to the "Git-her- Done" quilt school. Whatever works and I like!

I'm a traditional hand quilter for the most part. The machine quilting I do is artsy, but every once in awhile I make a scrap quilt to use up the leftovers.

I think I am traditional, but I do love kits. I have a hard time putting fabric together. If I had my way, all quilts would be in the purples.
Oh, and I am a machine quilter. I don't have the patience for too much hand work.

Very funny since I spend at least 3 hrs. in the morn. since I found this site instead of doing anything else.
I am working on my first Quilt for Kids though.
