Default What type of stool/chair do you use while quilting?

I am in need of a new sewing chair. I rarely use the back of my chair, and the arms just get in the way. Looking at a round, padded mechanic's stool on wheels. Does anyone use that type of seat for sewing? Pictures online appear to have a tray at the bottom that looks larger in diameter than the seat-would this get in the way?

I used a kitchen chair for years. Now I use a roll around padded stool, much like a doctor would use. I can lift the seat high enough to quilt on my longarm frame as well.

This is the chair I use at my sewing machine (the purple one, not the dog.) I have one of those mechanic's stools that I use when I'm cleaning out the bobbin area of my longarm. I wouldn't want to use that at my machine, though, as it rolls way too easily. Also, I often lean back in the chair at the machine to stretch my back. I'd probably forget I was on the stool and go tail over teakettle. Then I WOULD be sitting on Daisy Dog.

Yes, I also use an office chair with wheels so I can scoot from my sewing cutting table to my ironing board, to my design wall.

I use an old wooden chair that came from DH's family homestead in South Dakota. It's the only chair in the house I can sit on comfortably. I carry it around from room to room, LOL.

I also use an office chair but it doesn't raise high enough for me to sew ergonomically. I either need to set my machine down inside my table or find a drafter's type chair.
