What will we think of next?

I used to have a fuzzy kitty named Moe. One time I told my family that when Moe started shedding we should collect all that fur and knit clothing from it. They looked at me like I was crazy! But then I just told them, "What? Haven't you every heard of Moe-hair sweaters?!"

One of my cats is named Poly (he's a polydactyl). I guess if I used his hair in cushions, we would have poly-stuffed pillows.

Definitely a Japanese thing! I've noticed they link kind of odd things like that, just like they have "Coffee Maids" (think anime female characters serving coffee in maid outfits). I saw them in Tokyo.

Oh no ... cat's hair for batting? I just can't, no way, never.
I saw one program year's ago that the lady used milk weed fluff as batting. I thought to myself, "I would have to be desperate to do that.
Edited to say... I loved the fun chatter of this thread. Made me LOL!
