    not sure what kind of machine you have but see if the zig-zag stitch length is in the right spot this happened to me and all it was is Iforgot to reset the dial back to strait stitches I only lost 2 hrs of sew time but it was so wierd to sew with.Thank God for big brothers he figured it out for me.

    where did you get your picture of the mouse and sewing machine i collect mice and I would love to have a picture like that I even have a mouse pad with three mice setting on spools of thread
