    Since you paid for both sides of the fabric, I would think it just fine to use it like you have it. That is an awful lot of work to rip out and re-do. You know what you can live with/without, so just go for it

    I think every quilt has its story. Part of this one's story can be the *incident* of the wrong side appliqued blocks. It just will give it more flavor.
