This is one place to buy embroidery blanks, I like their prices and quality.
There is a wholesale spot, that is discountembroideryblanks, and you have a $75min order there, can combine even 1 item toward it. I go there first, then back to sewphisticatedstitcher for items not at discount.

Hello there! I am making many Christmas gifts this year including a jewelry organizer for my 14 yr. old grand daughter. I am making a quilt bed cover for my 12 yr. old grandson. I am making a totebag for another grand daughter and made apron, pot holder and towel topper sets for the girls and ladies in the family.
I also make tissue holders and makeup organizers for the office staff and a mug organizer in masculine fabrics for the desk working guys in the family. I hope that helps a little bit! Kathy

Hello! That young age group is very subjective on the purses they use. How big, what colors, what length of strap, closures? I make lots and lots of handbags and find that young adults need to tell you what they are interested in to make sure they love the purses you will make for them. I hope that helps. Kathy

I purchased some lovely Christmas Fabric from the US, I have made three table runners using the tube quilting tutorial on this website, I am also making Christmas Stockings for babies having their first Christmas, each stocking has their name embroidered on the top they have turned out really well. My aim is to get everything done by the end of November. So when Christmas arrives when everyone else is madly running around I can hide under the doona and maybe it will all go away.

All my childern are comming for Christmas, I am making christmas aprons for all the girls. I thought I would look great all hanging on the wall. One son and grandson are getting their quilt. And I have to make some Christms stockings for the new grandchilren. I guess I had better get started.

So many good ideas! I am just finishing up the quilts I started for last year's birthdays, sigh.
Things I WANT to make: PJ pants for DSIL & niece, mug bucket organizers (Simplicity 2450), quilted potholders, crocheted amigurumi, crocheted potholders. Not to mention crocheted scarves and blankets for charity (told DH that "leftovers" need to be used for _something_).
Anything not ready for the holidays defaults to a birthday item. ;-)
