    Watson, your NYB are stunning.
    i enjoy learning new techniques, so I don't often repeat a pattern. My 1 exception is a log cabin, which I've made twice.

    I also don't tend to repeat much - I tend towards sampler or what I call 'big picture' quilts (example being 'Peace Cottage' by Lynn Lister - which I have actually made and love, but don't have a photo of mine to hand) which, on reflection, is really a type of sampler..

    However, I do love a LeMoyne Star (partial to stars generally). Also Bears Paw (that's more love-the-finished-look rather than love-doing, lol)

    I love the very versatile HST, I oversize them and can take them to quilting chat get-togethers to trim them square.
