    ohhh ohhhh, I know, red white and blue....I LOVE IT! I have to make myself use other colors. I can't help it.

    I am in love with the turquoise and green batiks now, love scrappy, and on the black and white idea, I made one with lime green that was pretty cool.

    Make something in her colors-or ones that she likes. Opposites on the color wheel always make your eyes pop! :)

    Why not the school colors where she is going to attend. I've done that for neices, they were thrilled. They'll drag them all over the dorms and hopefully love them to threads. Pegeth
