AJPadilla, what size rectangles do you use? I think this would be spectacular in hand-dyes and I have a ton I need to use up.

I use the Cozy Quilts Strip Six book and ruler. Here is a picture (from the book) I didn't take one of mine that I recently did. There are only6 blocks in the book all very easy and they show a lot of ways to put 2 blocks together into quilt

Ajpadilla, I love your offset rectangles quilts. What size do you cut the pieces and how many different fabrics, please.

The quickest/easiest I've found, is the Rail Fence. You can change the look, by turning the blocks this way or that.

If anyone is interested in this particular quilt, it was the basis of a quilt-along back in 2010. The posts are still up, with pdf files for yardage requirements and different quilt sizes:

I just had to say I enjoyed your rectangle quilts. To me, they have a serene calming impact. Very nice.

I made Amy Gibson's D9P. First time I ever made a D9P. She used two layer cakes. I really enjoyed making that quilt for some reason. It went together fast and is very big, using the 10" layer cakes. I am planning on making another one soon.
