I don't have a picture of the finished quilt yet (just have the top done) but I love this one and am going to have feathers quilted in between the rows.

The color is more accurate on the first one.
It is for my G/daughter for a wedding present. I think I am going to let Charisma perform her magic on this one. I call it "Bull's Eye on Point"

Please share your favorite scrappy quilt!
I am a newbie but have already accumulated a lot of scraps. So, about every couple of months, I make a scrappy quilt. The rule is that I can't purchase anything new but I can use anything on hand. My most recent was the D9P scrappy I posted last week. I made the blue squares small to increase the number of fabrics used and allow me to use smaller scraps (4 inch squares). So, I am always looking for scrappy ideas.

Ocean Waves, 9-Patch w/ alternate muslin block, log cabin and Square in a Square.
There are 2 others I love for plaid scraps - they don't have recognizable names.
I can post with cutting instructions and pictures if anyone's interested.

I like anything scrappy. I love the books and patterns by Lynn Roddy Brown and learned a lot about color combinations and values. Here's one that's a work in progress (for awhile now) that's a lot of fun.
I also like anything that Bonnie Hunter does at Quiltville.com.
Also, I made a "crumb" quilt recently and posted pictures at http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...p-t183509.html

gollytwo, I'd love to see your plaid scrap ideas as my DGD is requesting a scrappy plaid quilt. I have collected lots of plaids and am looking for pattern ideas for her. Hugs and smiles

On a related note, I was looking for something on the web & stumbled across this blog & the neat mystery quilts they have on it. I thought this one might interest you. It looks cool (IMHO). Enjoy!
