So far, the best quilting machine is the Ken Quilter, American made out of sliding door frames so parts are easy to get if it does need fixing.Mechanical or computerized: I perfer the Manual(less problems and expense). As for as sewing machines, I like the Juki,American made) it is an industrial machine and has 3 speeds, needle down and 200 build in stitches, cost less than alot of the others which you have to add additional feet to, this one came with an abundance of extra feet incl, those for quilting, lighter weight than the one I did have also but metal parts inside. Will answer questions if you have any.

Right now all I'm getting is Fons and Porter. I've let the rest of my magazines go. I've decided I'll buy them one at a time as the mood strikes. I've already got more quilt patterns on my "to do" list than I will ever complete and I'm so tired of getting renewals within 3 months of ordering a magazine and then to top it off they put a note such as "Invoice Enclosed" or "Payment Due" when I haven't even ordered that magazine.

I absolutely love Quilter's World. I've made several quilts from their magazines. My fabric choices were different from what they used on their cover, but I love mine too!
this is called A touch of Elegance in their issue.
