Well, my grandkids call me Granny and the greats call me GrannyPat. Well that had already been taken so I added the last 4 digits of my then telephone number.

Simple. My granddaughter couldn't say grandma when she was a baby . 18 years later it sticks. So Dama it is.

When I was young, my sister gave me a nickname. She never explained why she picked it. That was before any music came out about glowworm. Not very exciting but that is my story.

My screen name here dates back to August 15th, 1986. My DH and I already had two sons, and I ended up having our last baby early and by c-section. Well our little bundle of joy had serious health issues when he was born. When my DH saw the doc coming from the O.R. door, DH asked what we had..the doc said..three of a kind..and hubby said..My three sons..hence ... and I even use that for our e-mail..but someone already used the sons..so I had to switch to suns.

I used to teach biotechnology at the HS level....and when I was coming up with an online name, a friend of mine suggested my name. So I have been using it for 9 years now. :)

My boys gave me my name,Crazylady, when they set up my email account many years ago. They where still in school. My oldest is now married and has given me 2 grandsons and my baby will be 30 this year. I can't get rid of it. There are so many sentimental memories that go along with that name. None of which is related to crazy quilting.

Wow! 17 pages !! I don't think I can take the time to read them all !! But for those who do,
My name comes from my longarm quilting business. The Reason I chose that name is because, 1. I am a square and round dancer, which uses the circle and the square emblem, and, 2. In quilting, we use lots of squares and quite a few circles in our designs. Here are my 2 signature pictures.
