My name is Cheri but it seemed like everyone had a hard time pronouncing it so I tell them it sounds like cherry pie. Then they get it.....well...most of the time anyway.

Love your beautiful story! This is the first online board I joined and I also didn't know how my name was going to be used. I am crazy about dogs and had a new dachshund puppy Gracie or Gracie Mae as we call her so I used that as my screen name. My real name is Carolyn.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven" Matt 5:16
I think we can reflect His light in the things He enables us to do ... like being able to make and give quilts to those who need them....and like several of you have mentioned - being able to help others help others like in teaching prisoners to quilt for others...and in a mom who found a bright side to things you did.

It's funny you should ask that. I've been trying to figure out how to change it. When I registered, I only had 3 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. Since then I have added 2 more grandsons. One was born yesterday.
