Some are grouped for a project, some are spur of the moment. I just love batiks so when I see one I love, then I get some of it.

A bit of both actually. I do a lot of appliqué and I find that I need a lot of different shades and textures when doing them. I also make quilts with them so many of my purchases are planned. Batik Plus sometimes will add an extra fat quarter if you order a certain amount which I usually exceed. Jan

I just like batiks and buy them because I like the designs. I have many prints and solids. I have not learned to plan ahead.

No tmany solids, mostly mixed colors. I'm now into Judy Neimeyer (sp) I can pretty much do anything I want. Her quilts use lots of colors. I usually buy at least 1/2 yard.
