    No steam!! I had some of the rustiest water come out of my iron onto my fabric one time. That convinced me.

    I steam and now that I have the Steady Betty, I have no problem with seam distortion.

    No steam here, but I do starch everything so it makes it so much easier to press the seams and the block without distortion.
