This is a fabric that really speaks to me, although I have no
clue yet what I want to use it for.
I don't like brown, however you can't really see to much of
the brown background in this. It's the bright colors of orange
and yellow that grabbed my attention.

I like all colors and designs and never know what might grab my attention. At this time it is mostly brights that do grab my attention. I am also drawn towards the black/red/white designs. The paisleys in brights have become most recent obsession...even though I haven't purchased any yet. Victorian florals are another favorite. I am a Gemini and I think it depends on which twin is shopping!

Florals, florals, and more florals! Love them. It is not like I don't care for anything else, but those rank no. 1.

Me too!! My tread is moving to dark, rich solids or the almost glow in the dark modern!! I have always had trouble putting together fabrics, and the modern twist is really messing me up!! Lime green and orange are not my friends! Lol

This is what's speaking to me, today. This one will be a (sort of) Rail Fence but now I'm thinking the fabric would've made pretty stars. <sigh> I'm trying to get an assortment of quick quilts made, for gifts. Recipients will get to choose, from however many I get finished.

I like everything that is bright jewel tones. I have made at least 6 quilts with a black main color. I like oriental fabric which I have used in one bock wonders and stack and whacks. My collection is not to large. I have been trying to use the fabric I have but that does not always work. I love reds, burgundy, blues

Interesting Post...I have been trying to go outside of my favorite colors...although I always gravitate towards them. I love green...and teals etc. Found myself recently buying a lot of purple hues. Guess I have been thinking more of my Daughter.

My interest is very much like yours -- I love the children's prints and other cutesy prints. I'm wondering if you are a new or recent grandmother? I was heartbroken when I went fabric shopping with my daughter to make a quilt for her yet-to-be-born baby boy and pointed out the cute frogs and oh, look at these turtles! She said "I don't want anything baby." !! I said "but it IS a baby!" She picked out fabric that she liked for herself. I later decided I will make the quilt I want and keep it at my house. I also go for bright colors. Love prints in lime green. I enjoy making baby quilts and smaller things like table runners--things that don't take too long to finish and I can quilt them myself. I do not care for geometric patterns or anything modern, and don't care for batiks much either.
