What's your worst "flaw"?
#61
I don't worry about my points not meeting perfectly. If they are close enough that no one will notice but me I say 'it's a perfect quilt'. However I cannot stitch in the ditch, stipple or have the right color choices for my thread or in coordinating fabric colors. I could tell everyone that I am a perfect seamstress and quilter but who would believe me. All we can do is keep trying and practicing and thereby moving towards perfection. Keep the faith in your skills and abilities as well as the patience that God gave you to persevere. Jeanniebelle

Flaws? I have a few:
Too many unfinished projects, too much material, patterns, & books, continuing to buy too much material, patterns, & books, on QB too much, always planning but not accomplishing too much, feeling like a beginner quilter after years of quilting, points a little off & puckers in my quilts, and my quilting rooms (2 bedrooms) look like someone threw a grenade in them but I am too lazy to clean them up. Other than those flaws...

"But you couldn't even notice once it was all quilted and washed.."
I try so hard to get everything lined up and do my best. Then I've seen the couch throws after, the kids drag them on the floor, and the dog lays on them and whatever and they get washed and they look like rags. Then I wonder--who do I do all this for--me or them.
Anyway I've had fun and learned something new on each one.

I have read every post here and am guilty of many of these flaws ( not the ones of perfection) but I think my biggest is not believing in myself enough and getting in a hurry and getting frustrated.
