Pinkcastle.... I was at Ruby Street Quiltworks in Tumwater.

There are so many great shops in the area that it impossible to go to all of them. Though I will try during Shop Hop. I just wish I had a best friend who liked to quilt as much as I like to piece. I am always behind on the quilting. I have to quilt this week so I can make baby quilts. Have 3 more to make.

My GF makes the comment that her quilt shop is my sewing room. Love that.

You have too much fabric if: You have to buy the house next door when it went on sale so you could convert it to a fabric shed lol

It doesn't matter how much fabric you have - you never have the right shade for a specific quilt so you have to buy more!

Well, I guess if there is some left over when I go to my reward, then I had too much. My husband tells me I will have lots left over...

Why, never! That was what came to mind when I saw the title of the thread.
There is always that one special fabric you absolutely must have. Or you realise your stash is getting low in certain colours........ Or you have to stock up before....... Need I go on?

I do what I'm trying to do now. Work like crazy so I can get my day done (cause that's what pays for all the fabric I buy), and then sew like crazy in the afternoon/evening until my eyes cross. Enjoy your treasures!

You never have to much fabric, hence, the reason for another trip for more! Actually at our guild over the last year we have had two speakers that mentioned they go through their collection and give away anything they have not used in the last two years. So if there is anyone out there that feels that same way just PM me and I'll give you my address to accept any part of your fabric collection you want to part with any time!
