I don't mind sewing with a group. When my guild has the assembly line project sewing I do my part. If I get handed a pile of mess I just make a pile of the ones I'm not sewing together until it's corrected. I don't say anything about it but if anyone asks what is this pile I say those need to be corrected. I don't give everyone a trophy and don't expect one just because I played. The ones that drag down the group are always the same ones. They have been told so many times their work is just fine (can't anyone take the truth?) they don't think they have to improve.
