I use a pencil so there is only one place to cut.

I think I'm going to use a fine point pencil on the plastic, I dont know if it will write on it or not.

About Duchess,Thanks, but no, we still haven't found her. My other dog, Daisy, is so depressed, they had been toghether since they were babies. I'm going to have to get another big dog to play with her, she just can't wrestle with the Chihuahua's. Poor thing, I feel worse for her than I do me, I think, she's pitiful, she just mopes around and now she's taken to carrying around and sleeping with Duchess's favorite stuffed animal. I guess she can smell her on it.
I'd like to have a copy of that template list too, if that's ok. I’m working on the Farmer’s Wife too. I’m new to template work, so I may have a lot to learn. And I just read on another topic that someone used double sided tape, taping the paper pattern right side up to the under side of the template material. This way there were no odd lines to cut from and the template information can be seen on through the template material.

I just use a mechanical pencil-might be hard to see the line in poor light, but I use either daylight next to a window, or my OTT light, both work well when cutting. If your pencil line is dark or your afraid of it coming off on your fabric, just give it a spray and wipe with a damp rag.

I use a really thin sharpie, with extra fine point, and cut right on the line.
Was hoping you had found Duchess.........

Your boxer is adorable! I see she loves toys, too. Does she bring them to you to play with her?
