    Absolutely senseless. Yesterday at church, I asked a mail lady about it. She didn't know anything about not using the boxes if they were covered up. She has worked at the post office for years.

    If I am sending something hefty i buy a box a walmart....and send parcel post. It takes 5 days. do u know priorty first class media and a few others are sorted and shipped together...only overnite is flown lol :D
