My Mother has spent the afternoon "playing paper dolls" at my house with the Windham paper doll fabric she bought a few months ago. She seriously wants more yardage of the dolls, not the clothes, because she feel in love with the ballerina but didn't get that one doll in her purchased yardage.

Can anyone suggest where we might still find it? I've checked a couple places and see that there is now a newer "paper dolls" with a Christmas orientation, but that's not the one she wants.

Mom's 86 and there is so little that she wants any more, I'd adore to find at least this doll for her.
    Thanks,'Jan in VA

    Try searching Quiltshops.com http://www.quiltshops.com/search.htm

I searched paper dolls and many entries came up.

That's what I used. If you use the advanced search for "Windham Paper Dolls" and "ignore" the word Christmas it narrows it down quite a bit.

Thank you, that's it! That's the one doll she didn't get with the half yard she bought, and of course, not that is the one she really wants, LOL! :D

Sparky's Mom found a source --THANK YOU! -- but the background is blue so not sure if that will work for Mom. I've sent her the link.

Thank you all for your help so far. :-)

Today the most delightful and unselfish thing happened.
During a ride in the country, I handed my mother an envelope I had received in the mail. She opened it quizzically and then kept saying, "Oh, she's so cute! Oh she's just adorable! I have the shoes that go on her and she was the only one they fit. Oh I just love her! I can't believe someone would do this for me."

The missing paper doll had arrived!

I saw the little girl who must have loved playing with paper dolls nearly 80 years ago. Thank you so much, NorBanaquilts, for your thoughtfulness and for making my mother's day so happy. You are a very special lady.:-)

I cherish my friends on the quilting board!
