    That happens to me on occasion. I think it happens when I go too fast. Things typically get better if I walk away for little bit and come back.

    I'm sure a closed foot would stop the problem, but I can't see where I'm going with a closed foot. I modified my closed foot to be open for that reason.

    There is a closed toe foot for the dreamweaver just check your manual for the part number the sewing only model comes with one so i know there's one available.
