    I saw a different Christmas tree pattern there, but not the one made of snowflakes.

    Do a search on Google Images and you will come up many, many snowflakes. Print them to make patterns. You can then use Heat N Bond, Steam a Seam or the like to attach to fabric and stitch down. Or......if you are really industrious, you could hand applique them to the background.
