BF is the day I get out the Christmas Decorations. Though there is a rumor LQS will have a sale, haven't heard details yet.

I HATE going shopping on a regular day so I definitely won't go out on BF.

Are you kidding me? I don't leave the house on Black Friday - usually exhausted from the day before, with all the cooking, entertaining etc. But, if I'm up to it, I will start getting out small Christmas decorating items. My husband and daughter love to go out - they shop for her children and get it all done. And then, later he wraps all the gifts, and I put on ribbons and tags. Can't beat that- and I dislike shopping anyway.

I have previewed the Joann's ad and don't see the Blizzard fleece for $3/yard this year. However, Hancock's will have fleece for $3, so I checked out the supply today. I will be there on Black Friday to get what I can for Project Linus. Last year our Hancock's had only 2 clerks on duty, including at the register. The store wasn't terribly full, but it took forever to process people. They told me today that things would be better this year. I hope so.

Not me! No way! I have to work anyway, but even if I didn't....nuh-uh! I will pay EXTRA not to have to go out on Black Friday! I can't take the crowds - I just get cranky. The savings aren't worth my peace of mind, LOL.

My local quilt shop does a special say the day after Thansgiving and through the weekend. If I go anywhere it will be there. All other shopping will be online or another day not willing to deal with all the people and my girls are older and are picky so usually anything they are asking for is not that great of a deal on black Friday. In fact thanking the oldest one who is 20yrs old will be getting a gift card for Amazon or just a Visa gift card.
