Me either! So much easier. Have you tried already cut freezer paper for your printer? I did, and didn't like it. I will stick to cutting it myself, the stuff on the roll works better.

Haven't heard of that but, I doubt if I'd even want to put it in my printer. The stuff on a roll is probably cheaper anyway.

I feel like I get better results when I print directly on the paper, than when tracing it. The printer doesn't seem to mind it, and have to print it anyways:)

Thanks for the site. I only read it once, but got scared off. I think I will have to stick with my old way. But congratulations to those of you who can do it the freeze paper method with accuracy.
Tip for putting odd papers through the printer. Wrap an 8 1/2" piece of painters tape along the leading edge of the paper, it will help it feed through. This will work with freezer paper or thin tracing paper.

Thanks for the info about masking tape, never thought of using it. Normally just cut the roll into 8 1/2 x 11 sheets or 5 x 7, what ever is needed. My copier can handle different sizes quite easily.

I didn't read all of the replys, although, I do have a question.
When yyou starch your pieces, how do you keep your iron clean. I use a pressing cloth, it happens anyway.
    ???????????

I don't starch with PP. You need to press after sewing each seam while PP and I avoid steam as it will shrink the paper.
