I have a 24" Nolting Pro and love it. I got my machine in 2005.
I have the quiltazoid and do everything free hand and free motion. Custom is my speciality however I do pantos.
I do quilt for others and love it.

I won't ever be able to have one. They are way out of my price range, lol. I live on disability so I know that is just not going to happen.
I also cannot hand stitch due to my neck and shoulder injury so I happily make do with things like I can manage on my own machine. Moving the bed size quilts around causes me a lot of pain, but I love the results so I just try to pace myself and keep on keeping on.
Nothing I do is fancy, but no one is complaining yet. LOL
Hugs and smiles and happy quilting to all, whichever way you do it!

I bought a used Voyager 17 and Hinterberg Stretch Frame a year ago and it was the best investment I have ever made. Nolting bought out Hinterberg about a year ago. If I went to do it again I would look for an Empress Quilter 18, made by Tin Lizzy. It is very similar to the Voyager and has an on board bobbin winder and stitch regulator. Anyone in the Ohio area... I highly recommend Dekk't Out Quilting, Steve Dekker who is carying the Empress. He has helped me out a number of times with small issues and upgrades to my Voyager. Not affiliated with them, just one happy customer.

How exciting...can't wait for the announcement. And I'm glad that it's a quilty related job. Good luck & I pray for much success to come your way!
Charismah, I'm curious, is long arm quilting your main job? I love your work & really enjoy the pictures you post. You seem to be so busy that I've wondered if you work outside the home.
I no longer work outside of the home. I LAQ for a living. However, I haven't announced my new job yet. I do have a new job and I will announce it soon it is quilty related. It will still allow me to quilt at home but I will be taking in less jobs...so I can travel.

I have a 26" Innova on a 10' frame. I quilt for others and me. I only hand quilt for me. I love to handquilt as well as LA. Two totally different art forms in my mind. I don't have any kind of computer guided set up on mine.
