I have a Voyager 17 with a stitch regulator and a 10 ft Hinterberg Stretch Frame. I've had it from about 6 years and love it! It is one of the least expensive, because it is a "stretched" Singer. I paid about $3500 for the whole set-up. You can still buy a used machine and frame for that now.

I'm seriously in the market for one right now. I need to have a bigger throat area. My old 1230 Bernina just doesn't cut it with a 6 3/4" throat space. I have a Queen size bed, so to make a quilt for myself is going to be a chore.

I don't hand quilt... I don't have the time to spend doing it and hand sewing is not enjoyable to me. This hobby is suppose to be fun right?

So, I will follow this thread. I may be posting some questions to everyone about this when I finally get narrowed down to a particular make. I'm saving my pennies for this machine.

I would love to have a long arm one day, but it's definately not in my budget.

I have the room...I have the desire...I've done my research...by the end of the year I'll have the money!! So far, it looks like it's going to be an Innova, unless a killer deal comes along on a nice used Millenium. We'll see!

I have an Husqvarna Mega 18x8 with Inspiria frame and the computer. I don't have enough room to set up my frame full size :-/ so have to limit my size for the time being. Hope to get to a point some day to take work in - that would be a dream job for me.

I bought a 26" Gammil several years ago and then realized I could only reach 18". I am short with short arms so be sure to check your reach and then don't let a sales person talk you into more length than you can reach.

Would love a longarm but don't have room for it and can't afford it. Therefore, I will live in longarm envy forever.

I got an Innova about 1.5 years ago. I haven't used it as much as I had expected, not because of any problems with the machine but because I get busy with other things. I need to practice practice practice!
