    I'm sewing my 1st ever scrappy quilt. It's a single bed quilt for my daughter. This is my WIP.

    I love scrappy quilts. That is about all I have ever made. Donated a strip quilt to a cancer patient auction and it sold for 160.00. I was thrilled as she needs some help

    All my quilts are scrappy. Some are controlled scrappy and some everything but he kitchen sink kind.

    I somtimes do that too. I made a braid for my daughter that way. also no repeting fabrics. It came out very colorful!

    I think it's amazing all the different patterns & designs we are all attracted to, & how all these scraps make them come to life!

    Here is one I did, had it almost done, then heard a friend at DH's office had just had cancer surgery & was going to have to have chemo treatments, so I hurried up & finished it & sent it to it's new home, & she has loved it ever since!...
