Love scrappy and when I get the quilts done for my grandkids I plan to start using up some of my scraps.

I'm such a control freak that I'd spend 20 hours placing the pieces exactly so it looked perfect. Unfortunately, I'm matchy matchy and I can't stop. Help me. Maybe an intervention is in order.

But I am a new quilter so maybe with time I'll change. Kinda like when I first got married the house was cleaned every Saturday top to bottom, now after 25 years, I could care less if my hubby writes notes to me in the dust on the coffee table.

Here's a few of my scrap quilts. I've been making them for years. Most of my quilts are made for charity, The Linus Connection.

my friend gave me the basket blocks and they weren't exactly square, I added strips to make all the blocks a uniform size.

All the other prints are western themed fabrics. Annual fabric challenge, its the large check. Made for The Linus Connection..

When I make a log cabin quilt there's every type of print fabric, whatever happens to be in the box of strips. Here's one of them.

I'd be interested in a scrappy swap. I love scrap quilts.
