You have to copy the complete line of the first part and then paste it into the address line, the same with the pdf file.
I have managed to copy it into a Word doc, if anyone wants a copy, pm me, but on the 2nd page the pics won't show, I think because it is such an old archive file, so you will have to sort out the placements etc; yourself but I think it can be done, patience will get you there and if you want something different I must admit this is it, a lovely pattern.
