    Beautiful D9P quilt. I am doing one right now too but in Civil war. Thanks for sharing. And yeah for Dorothy for helping you. Dovie did good too. I am going to send her something myself. *H*U*G*S*

    Wonderful quilts, D9P is one of my favorite patterns to make. It was my very first one to finish also.

    A little update on my sister's quilt for those who are not following my scrappy WIP thread. I have enough blocks for a throw size, which is what I want, so now I'm going to play with the arrangement.
    At first I liked the one in the second photo, but after looking at it a while, I've decided that it's much too top heavy and I need to alternate the large blocks with the small ones. I'll try again tomorrow.

    Oh! I really like the large block with the yellow frame! Very pretty:) Your doing a great job:)

    The other night when I couldn't sleep, I added some enhancements to a few blocks.

    her faith and my love, a strong combination

    Wildyard, I enjoy your work in progress photos. I like your work.
    Joan, you mentioned your binding is one long strip. Did you get more fabric and cut a new strip or did you seam your selvage to selvage strip cuts into one long strip? The binding is beautiful fabric. You do so well matching fabrics.
