    MY MOTHER,She was a great quilter, all hand quilted.she always made quilts for everyone but her self.When she passed away in nov. 1989 at age 68,too young,she was quilting a dresden plate quilt she had pieced and put together. I hope to finish this some day.

    No quilt mentor, but I've sewn for years so when I got interested in quilts, I just read books and took a couple of classes at a local quilt shop
