Yes I’ve done that. It sometimes feels as if I’m following a run away train trying to track down something. Or I end up on eBay where they have it but it’s a jacked up price.

I always check with my local library to see if they have it, saves me money.

I have done it mostly because of downsizing for a move. But not always!

Rhonda, OMG, thank you for that link! I have that Villages pattern on my long list to buy and make... And now it's free so I can start thinking more about the making. Happy Monday!

I haven't that. I have bought quite a bunch of books made quilts from lots of them and quit using them. Now they take up space in my sewing cabinets.

I've usually purchased duplicate patterns instead of books. Although that has happened a few times. I see that connecting threads has it marked down. Might be time to think about this book again.

I've ordered tops online only to discover when they arrive that, "I already own that one!"

After finally letting something go - then I wish I had it again!

Thanks for this tip. I'm downloading this pattern. I love free!
