I don't remember if you mentioned how old he is, but regardless of his age - it's pretty bold to take a display quilt off the wall and use for anything. His first clue should have been IT'S HANGING ON THE WALL!

The boys may have used your quilts; however, did you tell your GS not too? Did you leave any other blankets for them to use? I was kind of taken aback by this post; instead of knowing they enjoyed them and that you have a grandson, you are complaining about them using them. I too quilt and am an artist; I wish I had a grandson or grand anything that I had to wash up after. Quilts are replaceable, grandsons aren't. Thank you. GG
