    There's a lot more variety in fabric than valium and it's a lot more fun to shop for.

    And you can refill your stash without a prescription.

    The only side effect is some lovely fabrics and quilts, maybe a strain for room and abit on the pocket!

    Quilting calms me down, gives me peace of mind, keeps me sane, soothes my nerves, makes me happy. No matter what is going on in my life, quilting just plain gives me peace and the rewards of joy when the recipient gets my quilt is so amazing and heart warming. I'm a hand quilter by preference but all phases of quilting are pleasurable for me.

    lol when i first saw the name of the thread i thought it said WITH valium, not THAN valium lol

    i sure was about to say... because when i've taken my meds, until they wear off, my quilts look so much prettier to me lol
