There's a lot more variety in fabric than valium and it's a lot more fun to shop for.

And you can refill your stash without a prescription.

The only side effect is some lovely fabrics and quilts, maybe a strain for room and abit on the pocket!

Quilting calms me down, gives me peace of mind, keeps me sane, soothes my nerves, makes me happy. I'm a hand quilter by preference but all phases of quilting are pleasurable for me.

lol when i first saw the name of the thread i thought it said WITH valium, not THAN valium lol

i sure was about to say... because when i've taken my meds, until they wear off, my quilts look so much prettier to me lol
