    ‘Doing something that engages you and that you enjoy is key. As adults, we don’t often do enough that includes fun and play.

    I definitely agree with this quote. I like keeping silly things like crayons & coloring books/pages at work for when the stress gets to be a bit high.

    side question: what is "train-spotting"? Is that like watching airplanes landing?
