    I prefer the thinner, but only by a little bit. Mostly, I like the smaller 4-patch.

    I like the thinner, too; it seems more delicate if that makes any sense. Beautiful work either way!

    How are you going to set them? If you are setting them with no sashing, I like the wider cuts so a more noticeable secondary pattern would be visible. If you are going to add sashing, I think I like the thinner version. Or are you going to set them on point?

    i like the thinner ones... the focus fabric seems to be more prominent to me

    I personnaly like the thicker one due to block looks more balanced. Put it aside for a while and then come backe to it and decide.
