    Dear LAB 55, I love your beautiful B utterfly quilt. Congrats. I had seen this pattern a few years back. But sadly I cant trace it now. :thumbdown:

    Did you have a pattern for this and if you did what is it called and by who. I just love it! I am lucky enough to have a box of my Grandmother's hankies and would love to make a quilt like this.

    I do not have a pattern & I don't remember which quilting or sewing show I saw it on , it was about 8 yrs ago. I think it was Hankie Pankie Butterflies. An earlier post has a web site with images, some one else had posted it. It shows 2 different butterflies, but I don't know if it shows how to fold them.
    I am going to try & take pictures of each folding step and explain them. I should be able to post by end of week.
    They are hand appliqued to the block.
