TIME IS A FOUR LETTERED DIRTY WORD. I never seem to have enough. Went back to work par time, a couple of years ago because I needed the human contact (no kids, no religous affilliation, no access to the community). Love the job (except I seem to be working 5 days a week--and it is supposed to be part time?!? Babysit my DGD one day a week--1 hour away from me--a verrrrrry long day! DH works away from home and is only here Friday thru Sunday. Yep haven't had 24 hours by myself in my own home all summer. Time to quilt...yes would love some of that....

I love this time of year and that commercial from a few years back where the dad is dancing around the office supply store to the music 'It's the most wonderful time of the year' as he's gathering school supplies for his two children who are dragging their feet behind him! I always start singing that song with my children at Target as we're shopping! It's a tradition now!
I have one quilt that I need to make an appt to rent a long arm at a LQS. I'll quilt it after my children go back to school next week.
Seeing how I just started working 3 years ago, I too have a long time before I can retire. They'll have to kick me out! I absolutely LOVE my career!
